Select SKU window
Purpose
Use this window to select a serialized SKU for the consigned item you are entering into your inventory.
To access this window
Press F6 in the SKU box on the Enter Consignment window then select a customer.

Look for |
Enter your search criteria. The grid automatically moves to the item matching the value as you type. The information you enter in the box changes based on the currently selected column in the grid. For example, if the sort order is by SKU number, this box label is Look for SKU and you should enter the item SKU number. If, however, the sort order is by size, this box label is Look for Size and you should enter a size. |

grid columns A right angle bracket (>) identifies the column currently used to sort the grid. This grid may be sorted by any column. |

SKU |
Displays available SKUs. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by SKU. |

Mfg |
Displays the manufacturer or publisher associated with the SKU. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by manufacturer. |

Model |
Displays the model associated with the SKU. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by model. |
|
Desc |
Displays the description of the SKU. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by description. |

Color |
Displays the color of the item, if entered. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by color. |

Size |
Displays the size of the item, if entered. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by size. |

Location |
Displays the name of the location of the item. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by location. |

Qty |
Displays the quantity available for the SKU. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by quantity. |

Select one of these options to filter the SKUs that display in the grid above. |

Displays the Enter New Inventory window where you can create a new SKU. |

Displays the Edit One-Off Inventory window where you can edit a reusable SKU. |

Select a SKU and click this button to populate the prior window with information related to the SKU. |

Exits the window. |
